Your team signs in on the devices they already use. We stay available while the first bookings, sales, and closing records move through the workspace.
Common questions
What does it cost?
Free: no subscription, no card.
Am I locked in?
No. Either side can end the service with reasonable written notice. You receive a reasonable opportunity to export available operational data before records are deleted or retained under the Terms and applicable law.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Owners can download current operational records as CSV files from Settings. The export covers customers, receipts, appointments, packages, memberships, vouchers, walk-ins, and other available datasets.
Who do I speak to?
You speak to the person who built Kipas. The same person guides setup and answers workflow questions after your team starts.
What do I need ready?
Your service menu in any form: a photo of it, a printed list, a spreadsheet. Staff names. A logo if you have one. That is genuinely all.
Do my staff need new devices?
No. Kipas runs in the browser on the phones, tablets, and laptops your team already uses. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
How long does setup take?
Most prepared workspaces are ready within a few days after the business sends its catalog and team details. The four steps above show what happens during that time.
