One job per screen
Simple holds five screens: Today for the morning board, the counter, today's book, prepared WhatsApp messages, and customers as a browsable A to Z list you can type into. Nothing else competes for attention. A salon day starts on Today; a repair counter starts on Jobs.
The counter
Choose a registered customer or Walk-in, add the service, and the customer's benefits appear on their own: member prices with a Member badge, a Use credit button when there is a package balance, a visit allowance when one applies. Nobody calculates a discount. Take Cash, Card, or E-Wallet, or split them, and the receipt is ready to download, share, or send as a prepared WhatsApp message.
The book
Book opens on a staff schedule with the day in lanes, so each person's open time is visible. Tap an open slot to start a booking with that date, time, and staff member. Drag a booking to another time or lane to move it, with Undo offered for five seconds. Agenda shows the same day as a compact timeline with the gaps.
Messages, reviewed before they go
Start morning queue presents due reminders and follow-ups one at a time. Staff tap, read, edit if needed, and send from the business WhatsApp number. Kipas prepares; it never sends by itself. Customers marked Do not contact are left out automatically.
Full is one switch away
Every person has a Workspace switch: Simple or Full. It is personal, saves the moment it is tapped, and changes only which screens are shown, never the numbers, the receipts, or what a role may do. Owners and managers use Full for reports, commissions, memberships, attendance, and settings when the day asks for it.
- Staff: sales, walk-ins, bookings, customers, their own day.
- Branch manager: staff abilities plus branch-level oversight.
- Owner: everything, including voids, refunds, closing, staff, and settings.
On the phones you already have
Kipas opens from your business link in the browser, with no download and no app store. Add to Home Screen makes it open full screen like an app. On a phone, one compact header shows the business and branch, and a four-item dock keeps the daily routes close.
Open the demo salon in the Simple desk, take one walk-in sale, and move one booking. If it feels obvious, that is the point. Fictional data, resets every day.
